We are excited to launch our "Hope For the House" campaign for a 3.25 acre property on 455 South Patterson Avenue! This property would provide us the needed land, parking, and entitled buildings for Anthem Chapel's permanent home. From the start our heart has been to reach the Goodland and beyond, and this would allow us the opportunity to enlarge ministry, engage with the community, and expand God's kingdom.
Currently, we are in escrow at 6.1 million with the ability to close as soon as early March. During this period, the elders, pastors, and our future initiatives team are doing our due diligence on the property to insure that it will fit our needs and comply with the city of Goleta.
