Join Sydney Heil, OTR/L, CPT for Saturdays with Syd; a new Anthem Chapel Women’s ministry! Each session you will be able to participate in a low impact (but still challenging) 45 minute full body interval workout. All ages and abilities are welcome as she can modify each exercise for individual needs. A yoga mat, resistance bands, water, and post-workout snack will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and towel if desired! This is a free event so come and invite your friends!
