For the new year, we will be meeting the first Saturday of the month. Each session you will be able to participate in a low impact (but still challenging) 45 minute full body interval workout. All ages and abilities are welcome as she can modify each exercise for individual needs. A yoga mat, resistance bands, water, and post-workout snack will be provided. Please bring a water bottle and towel if desired! This is a free workout for all ages and abilities, so come and invite your friends!
Meet us at Anthem HQ under the tent. The workout will be from 9:00am-10:00am, the first Saturday of each month.
